Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipment only
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted
  • For cancellation requests, contact us immediately through our website

Returns Policy

Eligible for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or not working
  • Wrong product has been delivered
  • Product is not as per confirmed specifications

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Products

Replacement Policy

Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • If the issue is due to our fault (defective/wrong product) → we bear return shipping
  • If return is due to customer reason → customer bears shipping cost
