Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipment only
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted

Returns Policy
Eligible for Return
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:
- Product is damaged, defective, or not working
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Product is not as per confirmed specifications
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and uninstalled
- Must be in original packaging with all accessories
- Must include invoice/proof of purchase
- Return request must be approved before sending the product
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of industrial electronics, the following are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used, installed, or modified products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors
- Bulk or project-based orders
- Clearance or special pricing items
Replacement Policy
- Defective or damaged products will be replaced after inspection
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock
- If replacement is not available, alternative solution or refund may be offered
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if:
- Product is defective and cannot be replaced
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
Refund Process:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless due to our error

- If the issue is due to our fault (defective/wrong product) → we bear return shipping
- If return is due to customer reason → customer bears shipping cost
